Palin Wanted to Ban Books and Threatened Jobs
Sarah Palin, while mayor, tried to press her religious beliefs on others and wanted to ban books she didn’t agree with. I thought we lived in a pluralist society, but apparently not. She even threatened to fire people who didn’t give her their full support. From Time:

White House Forbids Publication Of Op-Ed On Iran
Former CIA Middle East analyst Flynt Leverett, now a fellow at the New America Foundation, revealed today that the White House has been blocking the publication of an op-ed he wrote for the New York Times. The column is critical of the administration’s refusal to engage Iran.
