Obama vs McCain/Palin
Here is a quick thought: Obama is known for being a very powerful speaker able to bring people together and look towards a positive future. McCain and Palin use scare tactics, name-calling, and divisive speeches to get their party riled up. The politics of hate. Is that really what you want? You don’t see people at Obama rallies yelling racial slurs, traitor, kill him, bomb Obama, etc. This, ladies and gentlemen, is what the Republican Party has become.

Just to carry your points a bit further — at McCain rallies you hear McPalin talking a lot about what they think is wrong with Obama. At Obama rallies you hear a lot about what Barack thinks needs to be done to improve things in this country.
McPain = negative comments about oponent;
Obama = positive ideas for the future.
The choice is clear to me.
very good point. Maybe i’ll write a post expanding this further later. Just something I was thinking about at work today and wanted to post quickly.
TO: ADMIN DO YOU LIVE IN MY U.S.A. AND IF YOU DO, GET OUT AND NEVER VOTE HERE AGAIN,PROVE IS IN THE PUDDING, AS WE SOUTHERN MARINE VETERANS SAY, OBAMA IS AND WILL ALWAYS BE A PUNK AND A TRAITOR LIKE YOU,HE CARES MORE ABOUT THE RIGHTS OF MAHMOUD AHMADINEJAD THAN THAT OF VETERANS, IF YOU CAN’T STAND BEHIND OUR TROOPS,PLEASE GET YOUR ASS IN FRONT OF THEM
I don’t even know how to respond to that comment. First off, it’s funny that you apparently only defend the freedoms of those who agree with you. Secondly, how is Obama a traitor? Give me an example, I dare you. And don’t give me the rant about him voting against a voluntary war, that actually makes Bush/McCain/Palin worse, as there was no reason to invade Iraq.
And just in case your memory is worse than your spelling, Reagan also met with leaders without pre-conditions. Guess he was a traitor too, huh?
