Okay, I admit the subject line is sensational, slightly.

How about: Under Palin’s leadership, the State of Alaska Game Board shoots wolf puppies, a practice outlawed for decades.

That sentence, however, is a bit long for a subject header, so it needs to be shortened. “Palin Shoots Puppies” seems pretty accurate.
