With a Quote Like This, I’d Vote for Clark
Wesley Clark is said to be running in 08, and has already begun pointing out the obvious to the clueless.
“If conservatives were compassionate, they wouldn’t have to put the adjective in front of it.”
I would’ve preferred Clark in 04 to Kerry, but its a little late now. Let’s see what he can do for 08. If he can continue with quotes like this, along with a real, clear platform, I can see him gaining a strong following.
I like Wesley Clark’s credentials, but he sure did flop on the campaign trail.? I’d like to see how he stays in the public spotlight the next couple of years to help raise his profile and get more policy experience.? Perhaps getting elected to another office could help him.
The Daily Kos community seems to agree. In a poll done yesterday (7/19) the results seemed to favor Clark.
